Jørgen Juul Andersen is Head of Transfer Pricing in PwC Denmark.
He has more than 25 years of experience dealing with international companies.
He is internationally recognized for his extensive experience in all aspects of transfer pricing, such as global restructurings, tax planning and tax optimization, global documentation projects, bi- and multilateral APA negotiations and dispute resolution/MAPs.
Jørgen initiated the first APA between Europe and China, which was completed within 11 month.
Through various roles in PwC’s global TP leadership team, he has an extensive international network of the most prominent TP and tax experts in the world.
Jørgen maintains close relationships with the influential tax policy makers at the Danish Ministry of Taxation as well as with various senior officials at SKAT and has successfully negotiated tax disputes for numerous clients.
Jørgen is the author of numerous articles in both Danish and International Magazines and has been a presenter at seminars around the globe.

Over the years, Daniel has built up significant experience in different types of cross border transactions across a wide range of industries. In the last couple of years this includes: general industry, IT, biotech, pharmaceutical, transport, alternative energy, and waste management/power generation.
Daniel’s key areas of expertise include due diligence, international tax structuring and acquisition related agreements (SPA).

Wentao is an associate director in the Beijing office. His main responsibilities are to provide strategy consulting services to foreign corporations for their investments in China, to Chinese enterprises for their internationalisation initiatives, and to these companies for their strategy development and implementation planning in China.
He has over ten years' experience in strategy development and implementation, gained through both working as a strategy consultant and as an in-house strategist. His industry experience ranges over consumer goods, industrial goods, telecom, oil and gas, healthcare, private equity and the public sector. He has conducted projects in the areas of corporate strategy, business unit strategy, market entry strategy, commercial due diligence, sales and marketing strategy, customer relationship management, enterprise risk management and performance improvement.
Developed a 5-year corporate strategy for a large European medical device company, including specific focus on post-merger integration;
Helped a major international brewer define its Asian regional strategy following the establishment of a joint venture with a regional player;
Conducted a large consulting project for the global service organisation of one of the world’s leading energy company, covering a wide range of aspects including vision and strategy development, future operating model design, service process redesign, and financial model development, etc;
Conducted an in-depth analysis of the long term industry dynamics of the tobacco industry for a major international tobacco company, based on which recommended the necessary adjustments to the current group strategy; and
Conducted commercial due diligence for a UK-based technology company.
Prior to joining PwC China, Wentao worked as Strategy Execution Manager in the Group Strategy Planning division of a major international company in the UK. Before that, he was a strategy consultant with a global consultancy in Denmark and an international consulting group in Denmark and the UK.

Luoyan has been with PwC since September 2011, where she joined from a finance position at INK.
Luoyan holds a master’s degree in accounting, strategy and control with minor in process and innovation management. Luoyan received her bachelor and master degree from Copenhagen Business School. During her studies, she spent half a year at University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA.
Luoyan has worked on various Transfer Pricing projects within the engineering consulting, food, beverages and tobacco industries.
