PwC Executive is proud to bring to the market a certificate program in Innovation & Commercial Excellence (cICE).
The program is targeted at senior executives across the spectrum of companies and industries, who wish to update and refresh his or her knowledge of marketing, customer insights, and branding across the extended value chain of the organization.
In order to stay competitive in today’s rapidly changing market, companies must continuously re-evaluate their marketing and branding efforts. This cICE program provides a foundational understanding of the building blocks needed for companies to succeed in today’s global marketplace and understand the notion of innovation across the value chain.
The program will focus on understanding the entire spectrum of your customers, on customer and market research, and on finding customer insights. The program will highlight how you can find new ways to leverage customer insights in your organization, and we will therefore work on defining and understanding the voice of your customers.
Participants will learn to capture the dynamic nature of marketing management and how to protect sales and revenue growth through efficient supply chain execution. You will understand which creative positioning and profiling to use for your company’s products and learn how to align your marketing strategy with your company’s goals.
Three days including teaching, case studies and exercises with faculty from one of the top-rated, internationally accredited business schools in Europe. Faculty will be complemented by senior advisors from PwC’s Global Advisory Services, as well as senior industry executives.
Fees cover all program material and meals during the program. Travel and lodging expenses are not included. Tuition is charged per a graded scale. Two participants from the same company warrant a 10% reduction in the overall tuition. Three or more participants from the same company will warrant a 15% reduction in the overall tuition.
