PwC Executive brings to the market an Executive Education Program in Real Estate Investment Strategy in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) Center for Real Estate and Harvard Business School.
As the global real estate industry emerges from the financial crisis, industry leaders must become more adept at recognizing and exploiting new opportunities while at the same time maximizing resources. This four day program in Real Estate Investment Strategy brings together all stakeholders to examine real-world scenarios, best practices, resource innovations, and effective leadership techniques for competing successfully in an increasingly complex market. It is designed to help you better position your firm for short-term stability and long-term growth.
The program, custom designed for professionals working within and dealing with Real Estate, will focus on real estate strategy and competitive advantage, financial insights and value creation. It is designed to enable Real Estate professionals to bring together diverse stakeholders in order to create coherence in decision making and enable implementation of strategic priorities.
The program includes four days of teaching, case studies, simulation exercises and project trips together with leading faculty from MIT and Harvard at the MIT campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. The final day of the program will be held in New York City as a facilitated tour of key real estate properties in Manhattan, and a discussion with local developers and financial analysts of the development in lower Manhattan in recent years. We will, at the site of the new Freedom Tower, discuss the real estate strategies followed in lower Manhattan to develop the site of the former twin towers after 9/11.
Fees cover all course material and food during the program. Travel and lodging expenses are not included. Tuition is charged per a graded scale. Two participants from the same company warrant a 10% reduction in the overall tuition. Three or more participants from the same company will warrant a 15% reduction in the overall tuition.APPLY
