The Mentorship Programme presents a unique opportunity for both professional and personal development, allowing you to expand your network within the consulting industry and gain valuable knowledge into how the world of consultancy operates. You will be paired with one of our experienced consultants, who will mentor you, share insights from their own career, and offer guidance along the way. You will have a confidential space to discuss your questions and thoughts about both the consulting industry and PwC, empowering you to make well-informed decisions about your future.
In addition to individual sessions with your mentor, the programme will also be structured around three workshops providing network opportunities with other mentors and mentees from the programme.
The Mentorship Programme consists of four events, of which three workshops will focus on:
The Mentorship Programme will culminate with a final event to celebrate the success of the programme.
Application deadline: 4th of January 2026
“The Mentorship Programme provided valuable insight into the day-to-day challenges faced by consultants, especially through personal interactions. The team at PwC was highly engaged and approachable, creating an informal atmosphere that encouraged me to ask questions and deepen my understanding. This experience not only sparked my interest but also motivated me to connect with the department further, ultimately leading to my role as a student assistant.”
We encourage candidates with different backgrounds to apply. Our Mentorship Programme is designed for first-year master’s students who are eager to develop their careers and have a strong interest in management accounting, financial management, controlling, and process optimization.
To apply for the Mentorship Programme, please attach your CV, grade transcripts (both from Bachelor’s and Master’s degree), and a motivational letter, which should be no longer than one page. We encourage you to answer the following questions in your application:
1. Why are you interested in participating in the Mentorship Programme, and what are you hoping to gain from the experience?
3. What specific goals or skills are you hoping to develop through your involvement in the Mentorship Programme?
2. What unique strengths, skills, or experiences do you bring to the table that you believe will be valuable in your future career?
4. Which aspects of your education, current job, or other fields of interest are you most passionate about?
The Mentorship Programme takes place over four months with a kick-off in February. In collaboration with your mentor, you determine when you will meet for your individual sessions, providing an opportunity to tailor the programme to your studies and your student job.
In order to secure a valuable programme for all parties, we will screen all applicants as part of the application process. Selected candidates are invited to join the programme in either Hellerup or Aarhus. There is a limited number of seats available, and applicants are expected to participate in all workshops.
"Last year, I chose to become a mentor to inspire and give guidance to students who are curious about PwC and the life as a consultant. Participating in the programme has allowed me to share my experiences and insights, and it is incredibly rewarding to watch all mentees grow and develop through our interactions and one-on-one sessions. I aim to provide a supportive space where all mentees feel comfortable asking any questions they have, helping them to better understand themselves and the consulting industry. I look forward to being part of the programme in February and meeting all the great mentees."
