Purpose
The purpose is to be able to run and administer the application, ensure that the application features are available to the users, and improve the user experience with respect to the content. Moreover, PwC wants to be able to communicate with users, provide information on PwC business areas, services and events, and other information that may be of interest to them.

Categories of personal data
PwC processes non-sensitive personal data, including full name, e-mail address, enterprise as well as information from virk.dk.
In addition, we collect information about site statistics and navigation for all users to determine whether the content is easy to navigate for them.
Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is necessary in order for us to perform the agreements with the users about delivery of the applications, see Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The processing is moreover necessary for us in order to pursue our legitimate interest of being able to run and administer the application, improve the user experience and target our marketing efforts, see Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Processing of personal data as part of the delivery of electronic marketing is based on the consent of the user, see Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Users.
Period of retention
PwC stores the information for as long as the user has an active user profile. When inactive for more than 24 months, the user profile and personal data will be automatically deleted.
Recipients
PwC does not disclose personal data, but we use data processors, including IT suppliers, to whom we make personal data available. PwC enters into data processing agreements with all data processors to ensure appropriate security.
