Furthermore, the processing is necessary in order to pursue our legitimate interest in providing learning services to users and in recording the status of their learning process, see Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The client.
PwC retains personal data for up to five years, counted from the date of completion.
PwC does not disclose personal data to third parties, but we use data processors, including IT suppliers, to whom we make personal data available. PwC enters into data processing agreements with all data processors to ensure appropriate security.
The purpose is to administer registration, arrange events and courses and to keep in touch with participants before, during and after the events and courses.

The processing of personal data is moreover necessary in order for us to perform an agreement with the participant, see Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Furthermore, the processing is necessary in order to pursue our legitimate interest in carrying out events and courses and subsequently evaluating them, see Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The participant.

PwC discloses personal data to business partners and/or instructors/speakers, if any. In addition, we disclose personal data to the other data subjects in the course and the event.

PwC processes non-sensitive personal data, including names, company names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, photos and films, if any. Other non-sensitive personal data provided by the owner-manager to PwC.
Processing of personal data is based on the consent of the owner-manager, see Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Furthermore, the processing is necessary in order to pursue our legitimate interest in administering, carrying out and subsequently evaluating the event, see Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

PwC stores the personal data for up to three years, counted from the date of the event (the final election of owner-manager of the year).
PwC discloses personal data to business partners and members of the jury. In addition, PwC publishes pictures and films in which the owner-manager may appear if consent is given.
