With approximately 40 employees, PwC Corporate Finance is one of the largest M&A advisory services providers in Denmark, and we are known to be one of the most stable and experienced departments of its kind. We advise on 20-25 announced transactions a year, which makes us one of the leading M&A advisers in Denmark in terms of number of transactions.
PwC Corporate Finance also holds a leading market position within M&A advisory services internationally. During the last ten years, we have on average served as financial advisers on more than 400 transactions worldwide each year (+200 in Europe), and we continuously range among the most active M&A advisers in the world. In 2022, PwC Corporate Finance topped the list of leading M&A advisers in Denmark, the nordics and Europe in terms of number of announced transactions, according to the analyst firm Mergermarket.
We operate locally, but are rooted in the large international PwC network that consists of +2,500 experienced M&A advisers who cover all industries globally. This ensures that we combine local knowledge and presence with international reach and sector specialists from all parts of the world. Thus, approximately 40% of the M&A transactions on which we advise are cross-border transactions.
