PwC processes non-sensitive personal data, including names, job titles, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is necessary in order for us to perform the agreement with our client or implement measures at the client's request prior to the conclusion of the agreement, see Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Furthermore, processing is necessary in order for us to pursue our legitimate interest in managing the client relationship and performing the agreement with our client, see Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

PwC retains personal data for five years, counted from the end of the engagement, unless special circumstances require shorter or longer periods of storage.

Recipients

PwC solely discloses personal data to our clients. PwC engages data processors, including IT suppliers, to whom we make personal data available. PwC enters into data processing agreements with all data processors to ensure appropriate security.

Implementation of robotics and data warehouses

Purpose

The purpose is to assist the client with the implementation of robotics and data warehouses.

The client, its employees and any residents.

PwC processes non-sensitive personal data, including names, job titles, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses of clients.

PwC does not, as a general rule, process sensitive personal data.

Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is necessary in order for us to perform the agreement with our client or implement measures at the client's request prior to the conclusion of the agreement, see Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
