More organisations take measures to combat the cyberthreat Danish private and public organisations give high priority to cybersecurity, and still more organisations take measures to combat the cyberthreat. Thus, 67% of organisations expect to increase their cyber and information security budget over the next 12 months, and just over half of these will increase their budget by more than 10%. Legislative and security changes place new demands on the capabilities and competencies of organisations. However, Cybercrime Survey – which for the ninth consecutive year measures Danish organisations’ cybersecurity efforts – shows that almost every other organisation looking to hire new employees finds it difficult to recruit the right talents.
556 business executives, CISOs, IT security specialists and other employees from Danish organisations participated in PwC’s Cybercrime Survey 2023. The respondents shared their views on the development and various challenges in relation to cybercrime in Denmark.
